Indian spices can do magic to the food. I have chosen 25 flavours only to let readers realise what we do with spices. Plenty of flavours are adorning the dining places of every home, hotels, restaurants and eating outlets. Indian food is amazingly flavourful. If anyone not tasted few of the dishes then I will advise them to taste and relish them. You can drop few comments too. I am eager to hear from you as I am a passionate cook too. Mutton curry needs all the spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, black cardamom, star anise, nutmeg powder, bay-leaves, javitri, cumin, coriander, turmeric and red chilli powder. Tastes awesome. IC: NDTV Food
chicken spinach
Chicken-spinach with garlic flavour. Light but nutritious. (IC: Revolving Around Life)

Chicken fry with sesame flavour. Added schezwan sauce. But the real flavour comes from sesame and garlic. (IC: Revolving Around Life)
